IBS relief
This product has basically cured my IBS that I suffered with for nearly 40 years. I swear by it!

When it's You - Not a Plant
I use regular Epsom Salts (magnesium sulfate) for gobs of things for on gardening to balancing out electrolyte stacks. When it comes to my own gut I take a step back and take magnesium citrate though. It is gentle with less laxative effects and absorbs well without hitting the unpleasant wall that in-the-know people understand I am referring to.

Doesn't work, very gritty and doesn't dissolve in water/beverage at all
I bought this to help regulate me. I'm on lots of strong opioids and I bought this in order to help keep me regular. No such luck. Doesn't dissolve in water, extremely gritty so you get a mouthful of sand each time you take it. I've even up the dosage to 4 scoops and no dice. Not fun. I'm extremely disappointed. Save your money and don't waste your time with this product
