Works perfect for me
I needed something to meet my electrolytes and that helped regulate me and this is perfect for me. I no longer struggle with irregular bowl movements and this flavored powder blends well with my other supplements. I mix it in water and it is flavorful.

Good product
Great taste and easy to mix. However, while the flavor powder stays in liquid, the magnesium powder tens to separate and fall to the bottom. Therefore you must shake well before each drinking each time.

Taste is good but it doesn't completely dissolve…so you have to keep swirling to keep it suspended. I have tried other powder mag citrate that fizzes and completely dissolves….This does not.
