Works for multiple issues!
I LOVE THIS SUPPLEMENT!! My daughter was having muscle cramps from back to back softball games and practices, and within 2 days of taking it her legs felt so much better. My son has problems going to sleep. Helps him everytime. Helps with going to the bathroom as well.

dont chew them, but i was cramping up when i was changing positions. I then remembered, I was out and had been for some time. two days taking 2 with a meal, im proud to announce..NO CRAMPS!

For those with osteoporosis, we need more than just calcium... magnesium is also necessary (we get osteoarthritis), most people don't realize it. (Mine started at 11 yrs old).
