The best value/quality I've found. Seems to work for me as I can tell if I don't take it. Two capsules a day and I sleep well. I take it about 90 minutes before I go to sleep. I've had no adverse effects from it and I sometimes have issues with supplements. I also think I have more energy during the day as well 👍

Does not cause diarrhea or upset stomach for me which is a big plus. I have recommended it to my mother to start taking as well.

My daily multivitamin does not offer enough magnesium for me so I looked into adding a specific magnesium supplement and decided to try this one by Nutricost. I have used other Nutricost products and have been impressed with the quality and pricing. The primary reasons I wanted to try this were to help with my sleep and muscle relaxation as I sometimes get cramps in my legs and feet from being on my feet a lot at work and from doing a lot of cycling. It's only been about 2 weeks on this so it's still too early to tell if it's working for me or not. It's recommended to take these in the evening with a meal and I sometimes forget to do that as I usually take my vitamins in the morning. I will say these pills are quite large so if you have trouble swallowing pills, keep that in mind.

Makes such a difference after a week of using it. I can feel my entire body just chill out and I take it everyday in the evening before bed now. I've got my boyfriend hooked on it too, you sleep better too! Buying my 4th bottle now.
