Works wonders. Highly recommend. Especially if you're planning a flight overseas and want to arrive refreshed and not jet lagged. Take Melatonin right before takeoff. Works wonders. You'll enjoy the sites at your destination while others want a nap.

Value Melatonin with Quality
The capsules are a great size and easy to swallow. I'm not particularly pleased with the taste but it isn't in my mouth long. I'm more interested in the quality and results and so far quality and results are satisfying. I personally like the product colors and design along with specifications and information. Finally, the product is priced at the right place.

Finally sleeping well
This product has helped my sleep consistently since I started taking it. I hope this continues because I have not had good sleep for a long time. The time release makes all the difference I think. I recommend this melatonin!
