Most people are Potassium deficient!
Many, many people are potassium deficient. Most dietary supplements contain less than 5% of the USRDA of potassium! If you have high blood pressure, are retaining water or suffer muscle cramps - there is a good chance that you are potassium deficient! Potassium Bicarb is an excellent way to get potassium into your system. NOTE: Overdosing on potassium can be fatal. If you do supplement with potassium - consider buffering it with psyllium to make it time-released to help avoid a blood-level-spike. This product can be used as an antacid.

More potassium not more sodium
I wanted to add potassium to my sparkling water and other drinks but not more sodium--most of us get plenty of sodium. This works and it tastes good.
