I've had good results with choline bitartrate, when I fast. Besides being a detoxing agent and digestive aid for the liver, choline is an excellent nootropic that will help you think and sleep better in a fasted state. This is exactly as advertised. It stinks really bad, like all choline bitartrate. Also, do not use too much of this stuff. Choline helps the body produce acetylcholine. Too much acetylcholine can cause a rise in body temperature, sweating, nausea, and a loss of appetite. I'm seeing a lot of 1-star reviews from people that seem to have taken too much.

I have been taking Choline for years and this product is by far the best. I mix it in my green juice in the morning and works like a charm.

i dump a couple of quater tea spoons in my coffee it dosen't cross into the brain so your getting very little of it to start with.

It is bitter so 3 stars is not a reflection of the product - bitter is hard to swallow but doable. I suppose it works but I got freaked when I found out it was total lab creation. I will replace it with something naturally sourced.

Everyone says how bad it smells. What i received has no smell at all. I'm wondering if it is old and lost its potency

Found out by trial and error that if put into lemonade, the taste is hidden. Wish I had known that when it arrived. Tastes so awful in other things, sort of like rotten fish guts, that I kept throwing it up until I figured out that lemonade totally covers the taste.

It must have some type of flavor to it because my daughter sees is nasty even when I mix it in juice yes it's easy to swallow a bit expensive I think and she's been on it for a month now or a little longer and it's not doing what I expected so a waste of my money
