The Saffron pills were great. They are exactly as advertised. I have bought other ones that had a bad taste. These ones had no weird taste and work great for appetite suppression and energy boost.

I don't remember how I heard about Saffron, but i never go anywhere or talk to anyone, so it had to be online somewhere (probably youtube ) It mentioned mood, and my ears perked up because that is a problem for me. I have tried everything. After taking it for just a few days ,I felt like going outside. That's big for me. I 've been doing better and dont feel like bolting at the thought of talking to another person.

price, quantity and quality, i would say that nutricost is offering supplements at a very reasonable price and quantity 👍👍👍

I first took saffron in another brand, and it was amazing. However the cost of it led me to this option. Let me just say, you get what you pay for. Sometimes in supplements you just gotta pay more if you're buying it to have desired health benefits

It really does not build/firm up the muscles in the thighs nor it really fit between the legs comfortably. I guess you really have to have large thighs for it to work.
