i like this product because it is all natural. it dissolves s ar tissue in tbe body, which helps to reduce pain. I feel like it is starting to work. ive been taking it for about 1 month. it must be taken on an empty stomach with a full glass of water, then wait for an hour before eating. The instructions are not specific enough, it says nothing, but to take with 10 to 12 oz water.
