Make sure to buy capsules to fill or premade, that taste is unberable. The taste is exactly like stomach bile. If you've ever been so sick or hung over that you throw up yellow stomach bile (when nothing is in your stomach and you can't even get water down without puking) that's what this taste like. It taste like throw up. If this doesn't work, I'll update this review.

Tastes horrendous! I drop a serving into a blob of hot fudge and gulp it down. Absolutely disgusting but I already feel immensely better. Never tried it in capsules but know how much I am taking in powder form. Once this container gets low I will buy another. Definitely.

Great product, horrible taste. This is the supplement that made me start to google the tastes of supplements when looking at powder versus caps. I would suggest buying the pill version if you don't have gel caps to make your own. Nothing on the vendor, it's good product. Even had it tested via FTIR as pure as I had some time to play with some analytical tools. Tudca just tastes horrible.

This is an excellent product. It has been a significant help with my gall bladder troubles. You'll get way more bang for your buck than with other TUDCA supplements that are sold already capped up. People are complaining about the taste. Yep, bile acids are BITTER!! All you need to do is purchase some small gel caps and cap up the powder while you're watching a movie or having a long chat on the phone. I did the math last fall and figured out that I only need to fill a gel cap one-fifth of the way in order to get the dosage I need (one of these, three times a day).

Let me explaing 1 thing. IT WORKS. My liver function it back up to par from some gym related .....stuff..... But I will tell you this. This stuff tastes HORRIBLE. I could never explain to someone how bad this tastes using any words from any human language. The benefit to getting the power however is that your getting more. Nutt up, chug it down, and get ready for a squeeky clean liver!

This is the TUDCA we know and love. It's great for your liver and I see that reflected in my blood work. I should've bought the capsules. I had no idea the taste was so bad and lingered. I've managed by adding the powder to nutella each time I dose it. If you're looking for a supplement that'll help your liver function (especially if you're been on a lot of medications due to illness) then this is wonderful stuff. I'd just make sure to buy the capsules next time or learn to do it myself.

I heard about this product recently and how it helps your body heal and perform better. Read the reviews and thought I would try it. Seems the body produces something similar as we age and have other issues we need more. I feel it has helped and I will keep on using. Most of the reviews mentioned what a horrible taste it has. It does have a taste that is not pleasant but not as bad as I imagined from the reviews.. Sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Since I feel that it is helping I am taking it. I drink it with water on an empty stomach in the morning. I started putting in a cup of water now I take it in half a cup. And chase it with another cup of plain water.

Thought I was making a more affordable choice buying my tudca out of the capsules. Just took my first dose and now flying around the kitchen trying to get this bitter taste out of my mouth. Listerine no, tbsp honey no, half gallon of lemon water no. I can't get the terrible flavor out of my mouth. God help me. Going back to capsules. For the record I drink green juices so I'm no stranger to drinking garbage in the name of health but this I just can't do. If you can handle the bitterness you are tougher than I. Great supplement regardless.

This powder has not smell as it should have. I opened the jar expecting strong smell but nothing. Makes me wonder if this thing is real. I bought vegetarian capsules and filled them up and been taking for last three days and so far did not feel anything. I will update after taking it for a month.

This thing tasted horrible . I'm a Chinese and had all different kind of herbs growing up . But this TUDCA topped all the terrible taste herbs that I ever had . It hard to dissolve in water. The bitter taste stayed in my mouth for hours . YUCKY ! Not worth it . What a waste of money .
