Far years i didn't take vitamins and minerals, which hurt my body. I think these vitamins regularly no taste is it take. I had problems with kidneys stage four after six years. Doctor put me on baking soda and water stop my downward plug start taking through the minerals after six months number of rose primary doctor said no way they go down but don't go up. I start taking another vitamin mineral three months later my never came up another six parts i didn't take vitamins and minerals, which hurt my body. i never can tell about vitamins and mi nerals. I just have faith that they're doing what they're supposed to.

good price and i like that it's got copper to prevent an imbalance from too much zinc alone. take it in the middle of your biggest meal to prevent stomach upset. i take it because it's proven to help acne in tests.

I cannot give a five-star review on any supplement out there but what I can say is this is one of the cleaner supplements but it still has additional fillers in it. it has the milligram that I need for both items the zinc and the copper. this product was affordable. it could be better though because it also has fillers in it so you're paying for those extra fillers that it doesn't need to have. this is a good company and they're overpricing for fillers and it would be better if they didn't do that and they supplied cleaner ingredients that would make their product spectacular and at the price that they're charging it would make the price dignified but of course that will never happen. if you're taking a magnesium complex my doctor recommended that I take zinc and copper low dose. I bought this on the recommendation of my doctor and my blood work. I would not arbitrarily buy this without a doctor's recommendation of it.

I purchased this, not knowing you shouldn't take copper and zinc together. I'm kind of shocked that they're selling it as one supplement.. ended up buying zinc and copper separately.

My stomach got sick from taking them. They did not agree with me. I wish to return them and get a refund.
