Hoping this gives my immune system a boost.
I started taking Nitricost zinc gluconate about 2 months ago. I have Crohn's Disease which compromises my immune system. I had heard that this was a good supplement to take to help boost it. I usually get colds going into the fall and winter, so I thought this might be beneficial to help boost my immune system and keep me healthier. So far, I think it is helping, but the real test will be in a month or two.
