This is a very good product!! Honestly the first day I used it I felt better! Less bloated, and I noticed my tummy slimming the first day!! The pills were easy to swallow and it was so gentle on tummy!!

I have tried several colon cleansers, hands down this is the best to date. I've purchased a second one, to have on hand.

Effective. A tip, take at 8 pm and should have results at 6 am the next morning, on average. For the first few days Id not recommend scheduling anything away from a bathroom until after 10 am. It takes a few days to get the timing right, but once you do, you can make it work on your schedule. My system = 10 hours but your mileage will vary. Make sure you also limit meat and dairy during these two weeks. Stick with greens and low sugar, plus a gallon of water per day. It has made me feel a lot better with more energy after the first two days of lethargy. Get past the first two days and you will be ok, just dont plan on doing anything strenuous those first few days. Good luck!
