I wanted to try cinnamon capsules for my joints and inflammation. Many years of sports have destroyed my knees. I have been using it for only two weeks and have noticed a difference. I have felt some differences that aren’t advertised with these pills. I don’t check my blood sugar so I can’t attest that it helped regulate my blood sugar. I have noticed some benefits that I am attributing to the pills, for one I have gone longer than normal between sugar or carbohydrate crashes during the average day. My stomach seems calmer than normal too. Overall I believe this has been helping me.

Cinnamon is a good over all supplement , supports a number of health issues. NutriFlair is 100% cinnamon with no fillers. I suffer from arthritis in my shoulder and hands and since I take blood thinners I am limited to what I can take for the pain and stiffness. But since taking NutriFlair cinnamon capsules I have noticed a reduction of both pain and stiffness, really helped my hands.I was also going thru a gout flair when started taking this supplement and it cleared up two days quicker.
