I prefer the frozen meals because they have tastier options and taste fresher than the shelf meals. Only complaint is it's packaged with heavy dry ice that smashes the food and food packaging. They should put the dry ice on the bottom and meals on top or use smaller dry ice chunks on top.

This woukd be good to fill in the gaps but not for true meal replacement in my opinion. The reason I say this is because the calories per day are extremely low even with the snack included. I also wiah the did a better job in packing, many of my breakfast items arrived broken.

Couple of the items were broken, such as the waffles, french toast %26 pancakes, which made preparing them harder. Received a Jenny Craig dessert as one of the Nutrisystem items.

I was home all day and expecting this order. This was a frozen order and it came all melted. The dry ice was melted and inside the box was all wet. My last order came perfectly. I don't dare eat any of it because I don't know how long the inside packing was melted. I watch outside my door every hour as the weather was pretty hot. I don't understand why the delivery was left in the sun and not put in the shade. Please either send another order or refund

I usually buy this all frozen item but this shipment had two things that I disliked: one product (frozen waffles) was completely shattered in its pkg so I was unable to prepare it as directed - in the toaster or in the oven . The BIG !!!! error is that a Jenny Craig snack item was substituted (?) for a Nutrisystem item! The fat content was triple, the calories were double , sugar was wayyy too high for the nutrisystem plan requirements. took one bite of it then I knew it wasn't right… the packaging looked similar. So maybe the warehouse goofed.

The food came broken in pieces. Even for a diet plan meal the portions were absolutely tiny! Cooking them either is undercooked or over cooked , no in-between. Tastes like fake food with freezer burn. I won't be buying again.

This was NOT a Nutrisystem order. A few of the meals were but other were not labeled at all or labeled Jenny Craig. Some were damaged and I had 0 help from customer service. So I was stuck with the order and charged for it.

I was extremely disappointed! The food was pretty bad. I thought since Marie Osmond backed it, it would be good. The bars are unable to be eaten. Im still going to try everything!! There is ALOT in these!

Totally awful food. It was not the food I ate years ago from nutrisystem. The buyers of it, private equity?, Jenny Craig, and South Beach ruined them. Do not buy any of this. Fake food.

Nutrisystem needs to be careful how they pack the order that the ship they are coming to me open and some of the items are all crushed crumbs pancakes waffles are in crumbs when they pack the order they needs to see that they are in perfect shape
