It's cool that there's starting to be more awareness about the importance of protein but most on the go products are garbage. There was a time when I was relieved to be able to grab a Fairlife Core Power Shake at the airport but now after going down the rabbit hole of attempting to find quality supplements and food I can't stomach it. I don't know how I ever swallowed those slimy chunks that are in there or the overly artificially sweetened aftertaste. Good, clean whey. Zero digestion issues if you are lactose intolerant. Taste is decent too! Perfect for traveling but I can't imagine using these every day.

I've used these packets to replace both my daily protein powder AND my creatine for a month now and I can genuinely say I'm satisfied!
