Upon receiving this item and reviewing the product more in depth it appears to be the perfect mix of vitamins for a man that just hit 40 years old (myself). I've been looking for a single pills to cover all my needs and doctors recommendations and this appears to be perfect and even better, non gmo! pills are easy to swallow and don't give you those gross "vitamin burps" Time will tell how effective these are, but initial review and thoughts are all positive! Hopefully the wife will like me on these too ;)
