I began taking another brand of a 50mg Zinc supplement on a daily basis during the Covid 19 Pandemic as I had read many reports stating that taking Zinc, along with Vitamin D3 and Vitamin C, could help strengthen the immune system. Recently, I decided to try the Nutrivein Premium Zinc Gluconate brand because it contained 100mg per capsule, twice the amount of what I had been taking. What I like most about the Nutrivein brand is it comes in a CAPSULE form instead of a TABLET as I find it is always easier to swallow a Capsule than a Tablet even if the capsule is larger. There are 120 capsules in the Nutrivein Zinc product and it is recommended on the bottle's label to take one capsule EVERY OTHER DAY (with a meal and water) so the 120 capsules should last me 240 days. Also worth noting, per the information on the bottle, it not only supports the immune system but promotes healthy skin! I feel good about taking a Zinc supplement as Zinc is one of the few minerals that is not produced in the body on its own. Lastly, the manufacturing facilities are located in the United States.

These zinc pills are great for whenever you feel under the weather and I started taking them everyday and noticed that I'm not getting sick as much as I use to. Around this time of year, I always get super sick and I've had nothing but minor colds and think it's because of these zinc pills! Highly recommend this product!

I am not a huge advocate of vitamins, dietary supplements, all that fun stuff that so many people feel they just cannot live without. Because the simple fact is this........if you eat a balanced diet you receive everything your body needs. Along with a multivitamin floater, just for insurance, you should be all set unless your Physician sees an issue with your Labs. But........in the Winter months I do like to take a little bit more of Zinc. So I pop a few of these every two weeks, and start with the lozenges the second I feel something like a cold coming on. Zinc will not prevent you from becoming ill, but may assist in lessening the symptoms and length of the illness. Meaning colds and whatever. So far I have had no ill side effects from this brand. But again.........I see my GP twice a year and have labs done twice a year. You really want to stay on top of your labs when using any supplements in my opinion.

I love taking Zinc to fight off colds. This is a great product, especially with everything going on in the world right now! Having a boosted immune system is exactly what I need! I also appreciate that these are capsules and not gummies or other chews.

Everything I have read lately recommends zinc, vitamin C and vitamin D3 to boost your immune system to keep it healthy and strong. I feel like it's something we all should have been doing all along just to try to maintain our long-term health. Under the current conditions this only seems a logical choice. I love these because they are a capsule and go down easily. I like this one because the only ingredient is zinc and the capsule. Our other zinc has 8 ingredients! This one is also a bit stronger as it's 100 MG as compared with 50 MG.

It does not contain milk tree nuts wheat peanuts soy eggs gelatin fish or shellfish to which some people are allergic. It promotes,immunity and healthy skin. Keep in mind this is a higher dosage than normally recommended. Check charts for correct dosage by age group.

The package came as expected and the package was secure with no cracks or bumps. From this product, there didn't seem any problems and with it I was able to get more deep sleep. In conclusion it seems like a good product to buy, and I would recommend this if you feel like you would benefit from it.

This zinc supplement comes in 100mg strength which is over 9 times the recommended daily intake, that is why the directions say to take only one capsule every other day with a meal. This part I am not crazy about, I guess I will only take them on odd date days. the good thing is this supplement is made in the USA in a FDA approved facility.
