what I dislike is the way they tried to dictate your comments by giving you multiple choices of your issues and never ever even comes close to satisfying me as a customer and then the issue you go through three different agents they hook you to a supervisor and the first thing he wants to know is what order number well the issue was never an order number to begin with issue was customer service and then paying attention to what you're saying and and being responsive at making right if you're sorry then make change you know how can I trust you got to you got to trust somebody you got to prove you trust by proof well you don't prove anything and and you're not sorry because there's never any change to the to the problem at hand

I ordered this dog food because it said it was so healthy and all the words that showed in the title did not include the word puppy puppy was the very last word and it didn't even show in the title but when I got it and saw puppy I figured okay, my dogs are going to love that. it's like eating candy... well they won't touch it
