I love these tablets! I take one every day. Not always the caffeinated depending on the time. They help me feel “right”.

I absolutely love this clean and hydrating form of energy. It keeps me energized and focused whether I’m running, biking or working. It’s much healthier than the carbonated “energy” drinks on the market. I have tried all of the flavors and Ginger Lime Zing is definitely my favorite. It’s so refreshing!

I will say I was skeptical of this at first but I have really started to notice a difference in my sleep. I have a really hard time falling asleep and the past week of using this every few nights has been great. Unlike sleep aids I don't wake up feeling groggy and my body is able to relax and stay asleep all night.

I use the nuun rest at night or blend it with my nuun sport sometimes. It helps my muscles recover tremendously and the effects are very noticeable. I usually don’t sign up for subscriptions but this is one of the only companies I will keep recurring subscriptions on.

I love Nuun. Rest, Sport, & Immunity are my faves. I keep sampling products...have no favorite flavors; yet haven't disliked any, either. Price, value, & benefit are why I tried Nuun. Not to mention 130+ LESS calories than Gatorade or BodyArmour!Body Armour!

I ordered Nuun Energy when I realized I needed some help getting from sleep to run at 6am everyday. Now Nuun Energy (tropical punch or lemon lime please!) and my coffee go hand in hand and bolt me out the door! I’ve noticed a real shift my alertness and verve on my morning runs.

Rest isn't something I do well, so knowing that Nuun has my back to help the restoration process has been awesome. I do think my run pals blew my expectations a little out of proportion. I kept hearing 'I took Nuun and had the best 10 hrs sleep of my life.' I don't find it QUITE that magical, but do think it's been helping my overall restfulness especially on off days. IMPORTANT: Due to high magnesium content you can only take 1 serving per day. Wish that warning was a little larger on the tube to make folks aware.

Wasn’t sure how much “energy” to expect from this water with the 80mg caffeine. It was enough to give me a little pep at the end of a long work day but not so much that I felt cracked out. Great if you’re just needing a little something something but probably wouldn’t meet the need if you’re needing something to wake you up more.

I thought that it had a lot of caffeine (80mg) for a hydration product. I wish that there was a line in the middle to make it easier to break in half. I liked the taste of the Ginger Lime Zing. When I diluted it and drank it slowly my energy seemed stronger and not buzzy like some caffeinated products.

I didn't receive this item
