Nuun Energy: Electrolyte Drink Tablets 4-Pack (Mixed Flavors) Caffeine, B Vitamins, Ginseng

I love these tablets! I take one every day. Not always the caffeinated depending on the time. They help me feel “right”.

I love Nuun Energy!  I drink it before my workouts and it gives me that extra boost of energy I need to get through a tough workout or run.  It doesn’t make me jittery and the boost of energy lasts for several hours. I also love the light, citrus taste.

I love the new nuun energy! It makes preparing for an early morning run so easy! I get my hydration and caffeine all in one. I normally drink coffee in the mornings and this gives me the same energy needed to start the day. I've tried all 3 flavors, but watermelon is my favorite :)

Such a nice way to wind down at the end of the day! I actually enjoy this flavor in hot water, almost like tea before bedtime. Blackberry Vanilla is a rather unusual combo of flavors but it totally works in this Nuun rest! It's also fun to try it with a little bit of honey to go along with the hydration.

I'm usually a little hesitant to try any product with caffeine. I've found other products leave me jittery and anxious defeating the purpose of the focus I was trying to gain. But Nuun has done it. I tried their Watermelon 'Energy' blend and the green-tea based energy formula gave me just the lift I needed after a hard morning workout and a long day of meetings. I usually take it around 1-2PM and am still able to fall right to sleep at night.

Nuun energy is awesome!! I tried the Watermelon Burst flavor and it has great flavor - strong enough to know it is watermelon, but not overpowering or fake-tasting. It definitely gave me energy, but I didn’t get the jittery, out-of-control feeling I can get with other caffeinated beverages. This is perfect for using pre-run or pretty much any time of the day when you need a little great tasting pick-me-up!

So far I have tried the tropical and the watermelon burst flavors and there is definitely an uptick in energy compared to just the caffeinated nuun sports. The flavors are a little bit weaker that vitamins, sport, rest though when added to the same amount of water. But the taste is still delicious. I've found having one tablet in a liter of water after lunch keeps me going through the afternoon sipping on it rather than a pick me up coffee. No huge energy spike or crash. Almost like the energy you get from yerba mate tea. Nice job!

Nuun Energy I take in the morning when I’m dragging along. It gives me a good spark throughout the day. I can get things done and don’t feel a crash later on. A good substitute for coffee or other line of caffeinated drinks. That’s the great thing about it that I love is not having a crash. The watermelon burst flavor tastes great too.

I don't take it very often because my morning coffee serves me well through the day and I avoid taking caffeine after a certain period of time for sleep-wellness. But on days where I am struggling and hydration and fueling aren't enough, this definitely gave me a boost to my mid-day routine without the full punch of caffeine side-effects (jitters and inability to focus if you had just a smidge too much coffee). I tried the Watermelon Blast, as my favorite Nuun Sport flavor is Watermelon, but I was slightly disappointed in the flavor: slightly off from their typical watermelon flavor, a bit cough syrup-y but barely noticeable. I'm one of those weird people that sometimes taste the tab itself or put it on my tongue (I am a little kid on the inside :wink:), but it was kind of hard to tolerate the plain tab taste. The taste did improve once it was in the water. It may be due to the adaptogens and a couple of other differences between Energy and Sport, which I understand. The flavor greatly improved when I added at least half a tab of Watermelon Sport with the Watermelon Blast, giving it a bit more sweetness and tang that it seemed to be missing out on on its own.
