I run, cycle, hike (over 2100 miles on the Appalachian Trail so far), and play pickleball and so I pay close attention to my hydration needs. Nuun is my insurance policy that I have enough stamina, energy and smiles to do all the things I love to do.

I've been using Nuun Sport as my hydration tablet during training runs and I'm really impressed. The flavor is great – especially the berry varieties, which taste refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial. Dropping a tablet in water is super quick and easy, which is perfect when you're prepping for an early morning run and don't want to fuss around. Most importantly, it does exactly what it promises: keeps you well hydrated. I've noticed a real difference on longer runs when I use it compared to plain water. I'm 48 and perimenopausal; I was getting headaches in the afternoon. My menopause doctor suggested that I add electrolytes to my water during the day, not just during my morning workout. What a gamechanger! I like nuun above the others out there because it tastes GOOD with no fake sugar aftertaste.

I'm very disappointed that you've discontinued so many of the flavors with caffeine. There are 3 currently available to order and I used to order 6 flavors to rotate through weekly and of those, only 2 of them are still available to purchase. I used to think that Nuun was the best electrolyte beverage but with the limited options now available, not so much anymore.
