[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a history of becoming dangerously dehydrated to the point of passing out. When I began using Nuun tablets at the suggestion of my doctor, I make sure I never run out! I keep at least 2 or 3 18-oz bottles ready in the refrigerator, each with one Nuun tablet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my favorite for years. I keep trying different flavors but always come back to this one. It's an easy way to get all of the hydration I need because it's extremely palatable. I can down a quart of this no problem. I don't really notice a difference in energy levels between this and the non-caffeinated tablets, but, I do think that the fact that I drink so much of this probably does contribute to having more energy since it keeps me hydrated.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a staple at our basecamp, and on every ride. I did the math, Nuun tablets from ExpertVoice beat sparkling water from the grocery in price, and of course healthiness! Oh, and the new zero sugar tablets make daily use even better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These help carry you through the day, lap after lap. . . maybe at the start, maybe to kick in that second wind for the big climb. Fits nicely into a good hydration strategy, and still has the great taste we expect from Nuun.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to switch from SIS cola to Nuun cola a few years back do to availability. Love the Nuun Kona Cola product and use it regularly for my cycling mix, afternoon pick me up, and weekend morning hydration!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff works! Take it from an avid long-distance runner. For my 8+ miles runs I usually have two bottles in my hydration vest - one bottle with Nuun Sport + Caffeine (for the first part of my run) and one bottle of Sport Hydration (for the second). Both are easy on GI and give me a kick! My favorite flavor for Sport + Caffeine is Mango Orange - very natural and not overwhelming.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Nuun Sport for hydration for the past 4 years. One of my favorite athletes recommended it, so I thought I'd try it out. Loved it!! I hike, run and bike. The flavors are great, my go-to is Lemon Lime, and I love how quickly the tablets dissolve. I don't worry about dehydration when I use Nuun. I would highly recommend Nuun to anyone who knows how important hydration is.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nuun sport has saved me many a time, and the version with caffeine has saved me from many a sleepy evening at work or drive home. I've only tried the Mango Orange flavor because I like it so much I haven't branched out! I will continue to buy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For when you need a little zip in your step or you live life wide open like I do, the caffeine in the Nuun sport Cherry Limeade is perfect to stay hydrated. I run, cycle, hike (over 2100 miles on the Appalachian Trail so far), and play pickleball and so I pay close attention to my hydration needs. Nuun is my insurance policy that I have enough stamina, energy and smiles to do all the things I love to do.
Introduced to product to help with muscle cramps in my calves. Personally, it was discovered that I had overdone my intake when I was becoming very dizzy and on the brink of passing out, I had to back off and reread the directions which suggest that it is better used in conjunction with working out aggressively, I, now, occasionally break a tablet in half and hope that prevents dehydration. At risk could be those of us who are on other medications and, in my case, should discuss with primary care physician,
