Nuun Hydration Vitamins +Caffeine Electrolyte Drink Tablets, Mixed Flavor, 4 - 10 Count Tubes

I was having trouble with excruciating leg cramps sometimes during long rides but mostly when sleeping at night after a long ride. These tabs got me thru my first half-century with no cramps and no cramps that night either. Combined with water they’re also a great zero-calorie mixer for adult beverages. Only thing they’re missing is Zinc, would love to see Nuun make a version with Zinc added. Highly recommended either way.

I am not one to be keen on taking supplements or pills of any kind (protein, vitamins, even NSAIDS). People who know me well know that I don't even like taking Tylenol for the occasional headache. Nuun Vitamins changed my views on taking vitamins! Now, in the middle of the day, if I decide I want a beverage without the added non-sense of a juice, soda or other non-water drink, I plop a tablet into a bottle of water, wait 2 minutes, and voilà! I have a wonderfully refreshing drink that is not too sugary.

This has been my go to during this crazy season of covid. Instead of mixing up some weird smoothie concoction I simply drop a tab like it’s hot in my Nalgene bottle and I feel protected. Used to not like stuff like this, however now I have a whole cupboard dedicated to this. Next step is to try to be an ambassador!

Just before the nation and my state began shelter-in-place, I placed my first order of Nuun, purchasing six sleeves including Sleep, Vitamins, & Sport (Immunity being understandably out of stock). Within two days, I began having symptoms that turned out to be COVID-19. An active 54-year old woman with nearly a dozen half-marathons behind me, a practitioner of a healthy diet and knowing not a single person infected, I was caught quite off guard by contracting this illness and brought very low. My appetite was nonexistent, and even drinking water—a formerly daily habit—felt impossible. Then my Nuun shipment arrived. It has made all the difference in my being able to hydrate, which has helped my recovery tremendously. This definitely won’t be my last order. I’m so thankful!

I drink this every day! Nuun vitamins tastes amazing and really boosts my energy and hydration levels during the day. Often times I drink this in place of an alcoholic beverage when I am in an intense training block and want something fun to drink besides plain water! As a runner, currently training for my next 50k, it is some important to me to maintain proper hydration to get the most out of my workouts. Thanks nuun for making that possible and delicious!!!

I am glad I gave these Nuun tablets a try. I have parted ways with energy drinks to becoming a fan of Nuun! I have been drinking it for last 12 days and starting to feel better. Energy drinks had too much sugar and also made me feel anxious. Since starting Nuun I don't feel anxious and I there is a right amount of caffeine with vitamins. I have noticed feeling more refreshed and hydrated. I also find it fun to watch it dissolve into the cold water. Just ordered the subscription box to try the different options of Nuun tablets and will review each one once I try them out.

Being a runner, yogi, general athlete, I've used Nuun for years. I love that it's electrolytes without the added sugar and without buying bottles of specialty water. However, I feel like min pregnancy, I can't get hydrated. Nuun has come in clutch as a daily addition to my water. I feel more hydrated, haven't had swelling and can see the hydration in my skin!

Ordered one of my favorites from this line the ginger lemonade. The flavor is light but potent. I love this is one of the caffeine ones, makes for a great afternoon pick me up, but continues to hydrate you. I also absolutely love using this one in hot teas, particularly green tea or matcha. It replaces any sweetener for the tea and gives it a lemon/ginger hint.

I'll admit I was skeptical when I first opened the bottle and smelled the tabs. They definitely smell like a multivitamin/old people's home, but they don't taste that way at all, so don't let the initial smell throw you! The Grapefruit Orange is sweet and citrusy and less effervescent than the Sport variety. Highly recommend!
