Nuun Sport Electrolytes Hydration Drink Mix Tablets, Citrus Fruit, 10 Count Tube

I've been using these electrolyte tablets for about six months now. I started using them during a rather serious bout of dehydration. We tend to end up dehydrated more often than we realize, which can aggravate other issues like constipation and low blood pressure. Anyway... these tablets have worked actual wonders for my body... I found them myself but showed my doctor and she does approve... Highly, HIGHLY recommend... as long as the price stays reasonable, unlike so many other brands!

one of my faves, but nuun has not fixed their problem of their products not being covered by ebt. the only one on walmart plus that's ebt eligigle is lemon lime. i messaged nuun customer service a while back, they said they should be ebt eligible, but 9 times out of 10 they are not. the tube says nutrition facts on the back. nuun's competitors have their products ebt eligible, like propel packets and liquid iv. i dont understand why they still havent addressed this problem. i would buy more nuun tablets if they did

I really wanted to like these for the convince of it, but the taste is absolutely awful. Maybe I was expecting too much, but I'm not sure how anyone could drink this. It reminds me a lot of Alka-Seltzer but somehow worse, if that's even possible. I know some people might be fine with it for the electrolytes, but for me the flavor was unbearable. Definitely not something I'd buy again.
