Definitely a must for savy travelers to pack along on every trip no matter Europe or Africa, Mexico or South America, India or Katmandu. Light weight, well packaged, dissolves easily in any liquid.

Before starting Nuun, I had terrible cramps in my legs and feet daily. When I started, I followed directions to take 1-3 daily. I have been dissolving one tablet in 12 ounces of water in the morning and drinking it. Then I'll do the same in the late afternoon. It's as simple as that. And my cramps are virtually gone. I don't wake up in pain during the night anymore when I'm bending over or mostly anytime. I have been recommending Nuun to all I know suffering from cramps!!!

I like these drink tablets. The taste is light and refreshing and doesn't leave a aftertaste in my mouth. They take a little while to dissolve in cold water, and I wish they were easier to break in half to fit into my water bottle but if you have a wide mouth bottle then that's really not an issue. I will continue to purchase them. they are priced right and easy to carry in my purse.

I love this product because it gives me that boost of electrolytes and all the flavors taste delicious. I have them everyday and I love the convenience of the tablets because I can easily take them with me wherever I go.

Good product overall. It doesn't leave a salty residue on the inside of my water bottle as some other products. Using one tablet per 32 oz. water is too salty for me, so I break them in half. It would be nice if there was a break line on the tablet, but obviously, that's a suggestion for the manufacturer.

Last summer during the really hot days when my husband was working in his woodworking shop and sweating profusely, he began having leg cramps at night. I suggested he might need more electrolytes and NUUN is the first one we tried. After starting to use these tablets in his water mug, his leg cramps went away. Now any time that he is working and sweating outside during the summer months, he adds them to his water and seldom is troubled with leg cramps.

Too large for water bottle and hard to break in half. 300mg sodium? That doesn't seem like a lot especially after a mile walk but I was swollen for 2 days.

This nuun tastes awful. I tried it in water first. The second time I tried it in sparkling water. They tasted better in the sparkling water. However, what I opened the nuun Bottle the next day to try it in the sparkling water all the tablets were sticking together and would not come apart. I had to use a butcher knife to get it separate. I will not be buying any of their Tablets again.
