I was on a medication that caused my electrolytes to go wildly out of balance. I needed something I could add to water, that was lower in sodium. After checking out a bunch of different options, I finally settled on Nuun. I love that it is portable. It comes in a plastic tube that is easy to keep in the car or pop into a bag or purse. The flavors are nice and it is lightly carbonated. The only thing I wish they would do differently is to score the the tablets, so that they would be easy to break in half. I wanted to use one in a store bought bottle of water. Of course the tablet was too big. I could not snap It in half with my fingers, so I ended up having to bite it in half. It worked, but I will have to cut the tablets in half at home and put them back in the tube to make it easier next time because I am not looking to break a tooth. Other than that, I love this product and have tried, and enjoyed most of the flavors.
I definitely like the watermelon flavor, and dropping a tablet in water is easy. Nuun is one of my go to brands for electrolytes!!
I like the product very well and have used it for several years. Wal Mart has the best price and selection
Definitely need to carry these throughout the summer. Took them on a pilgrimage and they came so in handy
I've previously, rarely used electrolytes but my dietitian recommended this brand to help with reducing dehydration from GI issues with fewer carbs. I use the watermelon flavor, which is very mild once a day. It's easy to use but I need patience to allow the tablet to dissolve completely before drinking.
This item is expired and it was just delivered today June 23, 2026 it expired November 2025 and if you notice it's the same lot number other people have posted reviews about. I'm wondering if all of the one star reviews are because Walmart hasn't gotten new shipment in for over seven months because how do we all have the same lot number?
I don't like the fizz that comes with it. Extremely hard to open especially if you have arthritis is hands. I'll skip this one.
This is the worst drink I have ever tasted. I literally spit it out because I couldn't stand to swallow even 1 gulp. It tastes like drinking flavorless baking soda. It's carbonated, which it did not say anywhere in the description that it was and tastes like licking a child's volcano experiment. idk how this even has 1 single good review. If you love the flavor of chemicals, want something you have to choke down, and want the refreshing feeling of trying to drink carbonation during a workout then boy oh boy, this is the drink for you.
Almost no flavor, tablets are too big to fit in a plastic water bottle and disintegrate if left in the air. Very expensive, lacks flavor, difficult to use compared to other options.
has 10 servings, expires in 7 days. Tried to do a refund but they want me to waste my time and gas money to drive it back to the store when they shouldn't have given it to me in a pick up with the expiration being in less then a week.
