The grape flavor is refreshing and the tablets dissolve quickly in water. I like that they are low in sugar and calories, and they help me feel less fatigued during my workouts.

not the best taste, but other than that they are amazingly great not only after training, sports, or workouts, but simply after a long walk outdoors in the hot weather. it helps with hydration, and the ingredients are essential in replenishing the lost fluids, vitamins, and minerals. I am taking them regularly and am totally impressed with the quality.

I am usually not a fan of grape flavored things but Nuun has nailed their hydration strategy. The tube is easy to carry and store and you can always use it whenever you have access to water. I put a tab in my shorts when I run and pop it into my bottle when I have to refill it.

I have tried many different forms of electrolyte supplements, and these are up there with my favourite. These come in a very handy, resealable, portable container, in individual dose - sized tablets. It says to use one tablet in one glass of water per dose; this is very simple and easy for being on the go or while exercising. The taste is very palatable - it is sweet, but also the right amount of sour. Definitely not too sweet like some of these drinks. The price is very affordable for ten servings and there are other flavours available too. The effervescence reminds me of soda. I will be trying the test and will purchase again.

My husband and I usually take BCAA daily (powder), and we love it. He sometimes goes on a hunting trip and needs BCAA type of drinks to be hydrated. The taste is good, and we believe it has the same effect as the BCAA we usually take. The best part is that it is so easy to carry it around and perfect on trips.

I like conevenice of travelling with this bottle. but I didn't see a dramatic difference vs other electrolyte powders, tend to change color after a while.

think this is best flavour of this brand, tastes like artificial grape but not too overpowering and that tangy flavour they put in all their tablets. I would but again if nothing else available.
