[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my favorite for years. I keep trying different flavors but always come back to this one. It's an easy way to get all of the hydration I need because it's extremely palatable. I can down a quart of this no problem. I don't really notice a difference in energy levels between this and the non-caffeinated tablets, but, I do think that the fact that I drink so much of this probably does contribute to having more energy since it keeps me hydrated.

The flavor is so delicious that even my teenage daughter who refuses to drink water loves these and even asks me for more! I use these during marathon training and strength training!! My daughter uses them for all of her soccer games, and practices!!

I'm 75 yrs old and not only do I drink it when I'm cycling but I also drink it during the day. My cardiologist recommended a drink other than Nuun. We discovered Nuun to be higher in the recommended nutrients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nuun sport has saved me many a time, and the version with caffeine has saved me from many a sleepy evening at work or drive home. I've only tried the Mango Orange flavor because I like it so much I haven't branched out! I will continue to buy.

These have been a godsend when I've had low blood pressure and have been too dizzy to get out of bed. I usually feel well enough to stand within a few minutes. I'd love if the tablets had a scoring line so I could snap them in half, I've been using a kitchen knife to cut them in half to get the right amount for a glass of water, which isn't terribly safe.

I really like these, especially Mango Orange and Cherry Limeade. I need the sodium to help with POTS, and I like the ones with caffeine to give me a small, consistent amount of caffeine each day. The flavor and sweetness are pretty subtle, but I enjoy them, and I don't crave sweeter drinks as much, since my taste is calibrated to Nuun.

Introduced to product to help with muscle cramps in my calves. Personally, it was discovered that I had overdone my intake when I was becoming very dizzy and on the brink of passing out, I had to back off and reread the directions which suggest that it is better used in conjunction with working out aggressively, I, now, occasionally break a tablet in half and hope that prevents dehydration. At risk could be those of us who are on other medications and, in my case, should discuss with primary care physician,
