These are awesome, esp. for getting kids to eat their protein too. You have to warm the egg a little more than the rest, probably depending on your microwave wattage. But so yummy it's worth it! Love Jimmy Dean products!

This product was referred by a friend whom I told I was having problems sleeping. I would normally get 5 hours on average, waking up 2 - 3 times a night. With this I sleep throughout the night without waking. When I do wake in the morning I feel refreshed. This does not give me that groggy feeling like most sleep aids.
