This product has worked well for me during seasonal allergy flare-ups and has also helped me sleep more comfortably at night. The soft gels are easy to take, and I appreciate the 100-count bottle. Because each capsule contains 50 mg of diphenhydramine, I follow the label directions and avoid taking more than recommended. It can cause next-day drowsiness, so I only use it when I know I can get a full night's rest. Helpful for Seasonal Allergies and Occasional Sleeplessness
