Excellent service from delivery to return at local
I returned the 6 Qt Air Fryer because it was too big for my small kitchen. Everything about it was as advertised; It arrived intact and had all the information needed t operate it. If the dimensions were part of the advertisement, I might have realized it was too large for my area. Maybe it was but I did not pay attention.

Very satisfied
Love my Nuwave air fryer. So easy to use. Made the twice baked potatoes and they were delicious.

Great air fryer.
Got my air fryer as Christmas (2020) gift. Love my Nuwave brio! HOWEVER, the accessory kit could be a bit more durable. After using the baking pan less than 5 times, the nonstick lining has bubbled up making the pan unusable. Tried calling Nuwave directly. Some customer service! Without a proof of purchase they refused to even talk about it. Very disappointed. Really just want to replace the baking pan- does a great job on gingerbread cake.

Buyer beware
Do not buy this air fryer. Ours was less than two years old and it melted. If we weren't standing by it, it could've started a fire. When I contacted NuWave they said there's nothing they could do and just offered me a ten dollar discount. BUYER BEWARE.
