NVX NMPS20 Gauge Style Marine Stereo with Bluetooth Digital LED Backlit LCD Display

The sound you get from this small package is amazingly clear and loud. Install is super simple and easily mounts to any surface with a 4x4 inch flat spot. The build quality is impressive. Buttons have a very firm feel unlike the cheap clones of this unit. The ability to watch videos, play mp3, bluetooth connection, 2 am banks and 3 fm banks and use backup camera is amazing. I highly recommend this for anyone with golf cart, atv, boat or any other toy that has no radio but wants one.

Lots of features and options, amp is not too powerful but I am using an external amp so that doesn't matter. Nice display easy to read in the sun

I am so happy that I took a leap on this. While I took one for the team in that I am first to review, it was well worth the stress/risk. I did a lot of research in terms of comparing features and benefits. The units that I stacked up against this at first were the Kicker KMP4, Rockford PMX3 and the Boss MGV550B. Right out of the gates, the Fosgate and Kicker were more expensive so that went against them for me. The Fosgate has satellite radio so that was the one thing I wondered if I could be OK without and I am because I would have had to pay the monthly fees AND I do not use it that much. I figured I download my podcasts and stream mostly from saved Spotify music so I am fine without it. The Boss ended up being a nonstarter as it is Boss and had really bad reviews for durability longterm. My Polaris RZR now thanks me every day. You will too. Buy it. HA!

I agree with other reviewer. The presets for AM/FM radio are not storing/saving. I called NVX and they will emailed me a firmware update for usb but honestly I didn't care about it because I use mine with Bluetooth only. Works really good and I only wanted AM for ESPN, but I get that via app so all good.

Volume knob is a must have on a marine radio. Plenty of outputs, installed unit with 4 ch amp and subwoofer. Never used the built in amp, so can comment on how it sounds. Easy to install and easy to use after a few times getting used to it. Bluetooth has good range all over the boat.

The amount of outputs and inputs this thing has is insane, having RCA pre-outs is a welcome feature when compared to other marine radios. I put it in my 2014 Sportsman Masters 206 Bay Boat, and it looks very clean on the center console. Mounting was easy, provided you have the right tools (hole saw and the jigsaw is what we used). Wiring is going to be what takes you the longest, at least that's what happened in our case. Still a great head unit for the price! will not pick up FM at all but does fine with usb ********************* MANUFACTURER RESPONSE: The FM stations and antenna work. We are aware (and have issued a resolution) for the FM Presets storing/saving. The only other issue potentially could be the customer is using wilderness where FM does not work great. We cannot fix Radio Signals from your local providers, but we can make a great unit that offers the best bang for the buck, and there are no longer issues with the presets.
