NXT Technologies UC-7500 Stereo headst - headst - on-ear - DECT / Bluetooth - wrls - black

I had been struggling with a behind the neck headset for over a year and I finally decided I was done with it. I was having a hard time finding headsets with everyone working from home during the pandemic many of my go-to brands were sold out. I saw these and thought I would try them. They are very comfortable great sound clarity and even people I was talking to said I sounded very clear. As long as they last a couple of years I will be very happy with them.

After trying two other headsets to use while working remotely from home these were recommended to me. The sound is awesome and I can honestly say it doesn't randomly mute on it's own. My only issue is they are a little too big for my head even when I adjust them down in size. I'll deal with it though because I love them.

I ordered these to use while I work from home. There is a lot of construction going on in my neighborhood and these really help with eliminating the noise to others on the call and also helps not miss any of the conversation. They work great sound is great and the padded ear phones are comfortable and not heavy.

I was using the planatronics one with the single ear piece.. i liked it but really wanted something that had the double ear pieces. I was skeptical at first because i was used to having the mouth piece close to my mouth.. but this NXT one works perfectly.. People can hear me clear as a whistle and I can also har people. I am very happy with my purchase.

With an older laptop and built in microphone and speaker poor performance when on Zoom the NXT headset restored perfect sound reproduction at headset speakers and microphone.

The headset itself is great. My co-workers love them. The sound is clear and easy to use. I bought 4 pairs. The only thing is one of the earpieces fall off after about 1 year. This is with normal wear. While on a zoom call one of the earpieces just fell off and then dangled during my zoom call. I called warranty customer service and they replace it within 2 days. I had to replace 2 pairs with the same issue. I keep replacing them because they work really well. I gave it 4 stars because NXT Tech customer service was helpful and so easy to get a replacement.

The headphones do a great job at transmitting clear audio and voice. The active noise cancellation is effective and the hardware itself if comfortable… just a few cons: no pouch provided protect the headphones when needing to adjust the mic the movement is “loud” to the ear the usb control does not control the volume settings in the computer but just itself in the hardware. I would recommend this to a friend.

These do not cancel outside noise. I can still hear the TV in the other room when I'm using these headphones. That being said they are pretty good headphones. I like that it has a pad for volume and mute/unmute. The sound is good and they are comfortable on the ears. I also like that they are reversible so you can have the microphone on either side.

I got these for remote meetings with my team. I really like the headset sound is good but I thought there would be a way to unplug the headset from the volume piece instead of having to unplug from the computer each time I'm done. I have speakers on my computer and can't use them when the headset is plugged in. So I have to disconnect the headset from the USB port every time I'm done with the headset so I can go back to using the speakers when I'm not on a video call.

Sound is really good but the headphones are not comfortable for a long period.. Have added some padding via velcro strips to the hard plastic for the top of my head.. the ear part is comfortable..
