NYX Cosmetics NYX Eye/Eyebrow Pencil, 0.04 oz

I've been using the Slim Eye Pencil for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed. It glides on smoothly without tugging at the delicate skin around my eyes, and the color payoff is solid — rich, pigmented, and buildable. It's perfect for everyday wear, whether I'm going for a soft natural look or something more defined. It's also easy to sharpen, which I prefer over twist-up liners since it gives me more control over the tip. The pencil lasts well throughout the day with minimal smudging, especially when I set it with a bit of eyeshadow. Overall, it's a great value for the price. I'll definitely be picking up more shades!

I love the eye liners and the way the glide on, they last all day and the colors are perfect. However, I have noticed the last couple of times that they are hard to sharpen. They sharpen more on one side or the tips break off causing you to have to sharpen it more. I thought maybe my sharpener was getting dull, so I bought a new, same thing. I don't know if they are being made out of the same material or if I just received some older ones. I will say that it happened with both of the colors that I ordered so I can't say that it was one or the other. I do love them and will continue to purchase them because other than the sharpening issue, they are amazing!

I need a dark blue eyeliner, usually I purchase the Epic liners but thought I would try this one, I am pleased to say the least, the staying power is unbelievable. With that being said, it is a bit difficult to remove, even after my shower and cleansing routine there is still liner. I have to then take a Kleenex and run my finger along my eye to remove it completely.

Hmmm... how I love Nyx but this pencil is a bit "hard" and I almost have to hurt my eyelid to get it to leave color. I might try sharpening way down... to see if i can get it softer. That said... the price and the fabulous company is why i give the 3 stars.

These products are always so inconsistent. Some of them are nice and smooth for application while others are sticky and clumpy. The sticky one is useless to use and just a waste of money but you never know what you're going to get until you open it and try it. But if it's the smooth one it's a great product.

I purchased this product in White, hoping for something that would easily glide across my waterline. I previously purchased the Nyx Slide On Pencil in Pure White, thinking that may work a little better than just a plain wood pencil, however that one broke the second I tried to sharpen it and it was a mess. So I pitched it and bought this instead, knowing this would sharpen better. And it definitely does sharpen better, however the color pay off is not nearly as good, and applying it is more difficult. I find myself having to go back over and over everything I had just done, and it never gets as white as I hope. It is not totally disappointing, however it isn't quite up to my standards either. (For something that works super well, I recommend Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk. Although it looks bulky, it applies bright color to the water line...or the rest of your eye to... beautifully.)

I have used this eyeliner for years and have loved it!!! This time I ordered five eyeliner pencils and every time I try to sharpen them, they just keep braking! I have shaved down three pencils already without being able to use one of them! Don't know why this is happening? It's not my sharpener! So bummed!

I purchased about 5 of of these about 3 weeks and I'm down to just one!! They break easily when sharpened..which forces you to sharpen some more and they still break! I've purchased these in other stores with no issue so I'm really surprised that you're selling poor quality pencils

This is the second time I've purchased this eyebrow pencil and have experienced the same issue. Each time I attempt to sharpen, the tip breaks causing me to re-sharpen and waste perfectly good product. Initially I thought it was just my imagination; however, having experienced this issue twice, this seems to be the norm and not the exception. Disappointed in this manufacturer, this issue feels intentional.

They changed the slim eye pencil and they are now useless. Been using the same color for over a decade, those were made in Germany. New ones made in Mexico are different color (919 Gray is no longer gray but now a light shimmery silver?!?) and the pencil part is so hard and doesn't put any liner on my eyelids, I trace and trace and press and press and no color transfers to my skin. You ruined your product and lost a loyal customer of over a decade.
