I love this product!! It leaves a pretty color and a lip gloss shine to it. Very good to layer or lip line then put on top. Last a long time but comes off when kissing. Keeps lips moisturizing tho!! Really nice product wish I tried sooner!!

I am in love with the devils food cake shade of butter gloss lipgloss. It lasts, it softens & it's not too dark for a 73 year old! Please don't retire it!

I started using NYX about 25 years ago. I am now 64 I just love the butter glosses. For anybody that Still into gloss lipstick in the tube. These are light in color. I'm very pretty on older women. Sometimes older women wear way too dark of lipstick. I feel it makes them look older.I'm with these new Butter gloss. The dark colors call mom very lovely. They don't represent themselves so dark. This is just my opinion. Others may feel differently.

I've purchased lip gloss for years, but no other brands have a lip butter gloss. They feel more creamy lip gloss with beautiful pigment that can be warn alone or with lipstick. It's also very affordable if you are interested in “ beauty on a budget”. I mostly wear ginger snap and praline. They look great if you have dark skin complexion!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the NYX Butter Gloss in Ginger Snap and was so happy that I was able to snag it (it's always sold out)! I love the formula so much. It is super shiny, smells a bit like vanilla, and also nourishes the lips. The gloss applies smoothly and looks great under NYX Cosmetics lip liners too.

I bought the butter glosses in Creme Brulee and and Fortune Cookie, looking for a nudish or "my lips but better" type of gloss. At first glance, the packaging is really cute and super easy to just throw in your purse on the go. The smell is also amazing! On swatching, the formula doesn't feel too sticky or too runny, and these particular colors are very translucent and sheer on my skin. I have light skin with a cool/neutral undertone. On my lips, the glosses are easy to apply and super long lasting. I didn't have to touch up for 3+ hours afterwards! Fortune Cookies was fairly sheer on my lips without a lip pencil or other lip product on my lips, but it mixes well when placed over another lip product. Creme Brulee was a more pinky color and I love wearing it everywhere! It happened to show up more on my light/medium pigmented lips and contrasted nicely against my skintone. The only thing I wish these glosses would achieve would be to be a bit more pigmented by themselves, or maybe my lips are just light or dark or something. Anyways, these two new glosses have become my new favorite "go to" glosses and I'm really happy with their quality. I hope to try get more glosses in different colors and I can't wait to try other NYX products as well. Thank you NYX ! xoxoxo

I have almost all of the pink butter glosses, and I love it!!! I have the shades of strawberry cheesecake, summer fruit, and angel food cake. They look so great on my skin tone, and as a black women who loves the shade of pink I love nyx butter glosses. They also smell so good!!!

I am a certified lip gloss fanatic (ok not certified) and i feel that all the products I've tried are just gross and sticky. Except this one. All the shade in this line are gorgeous , and there is something for every skin tone. These glossed have the nicest smell , are super smooth , quite hydrating and honestly feel as buttery as you'd expect. The one concern is that is you are looking for a pigmented , stay- put gloss, this isn't for you. Its absolutely perfect for a pretty wash of color . but if you want vibrant , try a liquid lipstick . Otherwise , if you love glosses for , well , glossiness, this is a great, cheap product you MUST have !

I love the feel of this, not waxy, subtle glossy feel, not excessive or goopy. Love the color choices for each of my moods. Most have good color staying power, but "red velvet" tends to wear out quickly leaving red rim at edges, even if I use lip liner.

I ordered Cinnamon Roll I purchased multiple thinking it was the original color as before. The color has changed to a mauve color. Very disappointing since the original color was awesome. Will not purchase again. Bring the original color back. Cinnamon is brown not mauve.
