This pencil is real smooth and has a decent pigment. I loveeee it!

It goes on smoothly, is well pigmented and stays. I get the fierce purple and it's a nice, dark purple.

The Chill Blue is my favorite color. Soft, shimmery light blue is gorgeous. Many other great colors that go on easily and last all day. Perfect every day or special eye pencils.

This eyeliner is a great color for brown eyes! I use it on my tight line and have little to no transfer to my lower lash line which is great. My only critique is that I wish the liner was a retractable eyeliner instead of a pencil.

I'm sure it's already discontinued because I can't find it in any stores. But it is such a great color and looks "shockingly" neutral on me. I love it so much

New to makeup. The actual eyeliner is great. It goes on super thick, super dark, and extremely waterproof, which is great. But the product does not sharpen well at all. I nearly sharpened mine down to half it's standard length before getting lucky and getting a point back on it. I even tried opening the back cap and using a rod to force the eyeliner through the tip like a twist-pencil. Overall, it's a great product, but it's design needs some serious refinement before I can wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone.

Love NYX products I've tried so I thought this would be a winner as well. It's not for me. Does not apply evenly to waterline. Looked very heavy after giving up. Works decent for a brow filler. Was satisfied to use it as that.. but while using, I put the cap on the end to secure while using. When I removed the cap, it pulled the plastic end piece off. Now that is stuck in my lid, can't get it out, therefore can't cover my pencil. Super disappointing. 51yr W/Female

This product is great EXCEPT, you only get a few uses. If used daily you will be out within 2 week IF it last that long. As a result of the short shelf life, I will never purchase again. Sad because the color is fabulous. Currently, researching other options.

I bought this approximately a week ago and wore it twice on my lower water line (I removed it before the picture but it's there to illustrate the irritation it brought on). Severe irritation occured both times within 10 minutes of application. Eyes got red, itchy, felt dry like sand had gotten in them, got watery but couldn't produce tears, vision got blurry, the colour actually bled from my waterline into my eyes and created a grey film on them (I bought the 'pitch black' shade. Super disappointed especially as I use the eyeshadow palettes from this brand all the time with no reaction and have only good things to say about them. This eyeliner needs more work though, maybe some retesting or an adjustment to the formula composition

The NYX retractable eye liner in deep purple, which was waterproof, was discontinued. That's what happens to everyone's favorite products, right? I just purchased the Epic Wear eye liner in berry goth (closest color I could find to the deep purple) and it's also waterproof. It wasn't until I opened it when returning home that I realized it's NOT retractable. That's what happens when testers are no longer available. I will be returning it to the store. Reading the reviews this pencil can apparently be sharpened very gently, but I do not want to sharpen a pencil, it wastes too much of the product. Will never understand companies who keep trying to reinvent the wheel. It just doesn't work and you end up losing long-time customers.
