NYX Professional Makeup Pore Filler Primer

I bought this when I was out of product, but I wish I had done more research! (Note: I've since found my go-to primer in Nyx's Honey Dew Me Up primer but still... I wasted money on this!). The first time I tried it, the texture was very dry but still resembled what you might normally find in a primer (a creamy, spreadable formula). But each time I used it after that, the product has been a weird, solid, dry "pâté" that spews out in little clumps and will completely miss your hand and wind up in the sink if you aren't careful—because it's more solid than liquid! My skin type is dry. It would make my already dry skin even drier and left a weird "dusty" residue on the very top layer of the application (and on fingers). That's how dry it is! [I attached a photo but it actually came out creamier than usual...] I ended up only using it on the oiliest parts of my face and using a different primer all over. The texture can also be improved by adding 1-2 drops of a serum or oil... but shouldn't the formula or packaging be developed so that I don't have to "fix" the product? At full price, it's a rather pricey primer for how little product you get. To its benefit, it does minimize the look of pores. But the texture it creates if you use it all over is so bad that your pores will be the last thing you worry about. Please, Nyx, redevelop this product.

It comes out in lumps and it's not pleasant. on the other hand, I still managed to apply it and the result was very beautiful. I'll have to try again with a store bought one

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) What a great primer!!! Before putting on my foundation this is a great product to use as it leaves your face looking pore free! I noticed that many primers can make your foundation looking oily but not NYX! I will definitely be buying this for some of my friends stocking stuffers this Christmas.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This primer is fragrance-free and has a light consistency. Be careful when you squeeze the tube, as it might fly away off your hand! It can be used alone (gives a light coverage) or with a foundation. I am too self-conscious to use it alone, so I always use it as a primer. As a primer, it helps to fill and blur your pores, almost like the one from the other more expensive brand. It won't magically make your pores disappear, but it certainly helps to make your skin appear smooth and helps your make-up to last longer. I recommend this product!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received NYX Pore Filler Primer & I will admit I didn't use it as I have sensitive skin & it came out very chunky & when you shake the container it sounds like a hard clump inside so I wasn't sure if the cold may have had an impact or not.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Not my favourite formula when squeezing out of the tube. Very dry formula which makes is hard to get the product but transforms into a very smooth finish on the skin. It blurs my pores. Foundation just glides on the skin.

I have visible pores on my face and this helps in creating a layer and makes pores looks really lighter. All thanks to @chickadvisor & @thisisbutterly

I put on a pea sized amount before applying foundation and it makes a huge difference, it minimizes my fine lines and hides my pores so well! my face looks absolutely flawless and is feeling silky smooth. I will definitely be purchasing another tube once this one is empty!

The texture of this is the only downside-its a bit dry to me so I would add more moisturizer than usual if using this. That said though it works great by itself or under makeup to make my pores disappear. I have larger pores in some areas that I tend to want to cover so this is great for those areas. Low to no smell which I love and it melts into my skin beautifully. I would recommend

This non-drying blurring primer weightlessly blurs the appearance of pores and fine lines while providing an all-over soft focus filter effect and extending makeup wear all day. Additionally i would say that this pore filler i ll buy again and again. I never knew i needed this until now. Not letting go off this now.
