NYX Professional Makeup Studio Perfect Primer, Clear

The price of this primer has doubled since I started using it a few years ago and less stores are carrying it. That is why I had to have it delivered from Wal Mart. Wal Mart stores do not seem to carry it any longer. I have tried other brands, but they are not as smooth as NYX Professional perfect Primer, clear. I highly recommend it.

Amazing. I got this in the mail a few days ago. Could not be happier. Similar to the smashbox primer only cheaper. I could get 3 for the price of one smashbox primer and am equally happy with either. I'm going to order 4 next time. I got green this time but I think I'll try the other ones too. Very impressed with the texture and the way my foundation goes on top. So glad I decided to purchase this.

You will absolutely love this product it's extremely smooth and light as if your rubbing air between your index and thumb fingers one bottle will last you months!! Perfect primer !!!! Not Creamy not Caked up Spreads easy. Not messy, nor greasy leaves a smooth natural glow after applied even without makeup and once makeup is applied keeps it on for hours I generally apply make up once a day at 8-9 am but I don't get in to clean my face until around 10-11 and my face is still looking so pretty I consider if I should clean it off lol I love this product great buy it's my second bottle

I've been using this for about 2 weeks (the green one) and I have noticed that my makeup lasts so much longer with this underneath! My skin gets really red after I wash my face so before putting on my foundation I like to use this to cancel it all out! However, I do have some acne that tends to get red as well and this doesn't completely cancel that out but it does tame the crazy redness! I put my foundation on at around 8 a.m. and work in a hot, sweaty indoor pool and my foundation still lasts all through out my shift! I will be repurchasing this, it works just as good as any high-end primer!

I love this primer! I used on set for a short film this weekend and it helped my make up stay in place and made me look camera ready. I use the purple one and it's awesome. I only wish they had bigger bottles of it because I go through it so fast.

This is the best primer that I've found. It goes on so smooth and doesn't feel greasy. I use the purple - the color disappears as soon as you rub it in and you don't have to use very much at all. It spreads easily. And it's at a great price!! Much less expensive than other brands that don't do nearly as good a job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this primer for the past month, and I was so surprised when I put it on because it doesn't feel like there's anything there. It's a lightweight gel, and you only need a little bit and it will cover your entire face--this tube will last me a long time. It doesn't dry out my skin, but it makes my foundation stick all day! I use it for my eyeshadow, too, and it works perfectly. I'd definitely buy it again.

I tried to use it for some photo shoots as a test. One of the model had this primer on and the other model had a more expensive one but with similar ingredients. I was surprised to see that after 4 hours, the makeup was still ok. This product is easy to use, the foundation glides really well (even the heavy/compact foundations). The down side is that after 4-5 hours the makeup faded away for the oily complexion. A while ago I used the purple and the green one too but I couldn't see any difference from the clear one. I don't think that the colored ones have enough pigment to neutralize what they are supposed to neutralize. Overall: good product, affordable, easy to use but don't expect miracles

Too thin to make any noticeable difference in evenness or tone. Can't even really build up layers, and the size is so small I'd go through it too quickly even if I could do that.
