Love how well this system cleans. The mop is so dry after spinning. only complaint is the spinning gear is plastic and wore out. cannot buy bucket alone so ordered a whole system

I got a faulty one, but overall, this is an excellent product. My foot crank stopped working as if something is not aligned or there's a stripped gear inside. I have not had it for very long. Honestly… I think it was a fluke, but I would definitely recommend the product.

purchase this mop several months ago. thinking I was going to be able to mop my floor with it without having to put my hands on the mop to wring it out. when I put mop in the wringer and press the foot pedal it spins half way tightening the handle and that's it and then I have to unscrew the mop and repeat several times before having to finally just put my hands on the mop and squeeze it myself. does anybody know how to get it to spin all the way around without me having to constantly loosen?

It's best until it broke. The mop handle has plastic inside that breaks easily. Mine was used for 6 months being used once a week. The mop handle broke and now useless. Can't even buy the mop only. I still have the refills that came with the set but the mop itself is broken. Not good at all. My choice is to use a different mop and waste the refill or buy the whole set again.

I loved the mop and spin bucket the first time I used it BUT, not the second time I used it the spinning mechanism broke. It will spin in one direction as I push the pedal down but upon releasing it it would immediately stop and reverse direction.

Don't bother ordering from this seller they won't deliver the product they just scam you out of your money then claim that you were not charged for the product items at all. I was charged and not refunded. And I got it before the price jumped up 10 dollars. They really just want your money witch to me is not at all funny. I need this product not a bunch of wasted time and money.
