When will you quit having substitutions on the items I order all the time....I need theses things to live.....Am tired of this.....If there not available dont post them.......Cause you cant get them...Now I will have to go to Amazon to order what you dont have...

onl giving 5 stars because the elderly man who delivered was very nice, but i am frustrated that i got a substitute for a totally different type of mop head then i was needing. it isnt the right kind for my mop to attach to, that was a 1 star ,5 star hospitality.

Easy to assemble and great quality

I double and triple checked that u had the correct mop head to no avail. It was,supposed to be a replacement because my original mop came with the wrong head and missing a piece as,well.

Great mop and easy to use

As the saying goes, "Nothing to write home about." I have been trying to find a decent mop for a few years and none that I have purchased so far have made me give it a 5-star rating. I will say this is better than a straight sponge-like mop with additional scrubber attached; at least this one can get into corners better.

I didn't read anywhere I was not getting a handle. I just took it for granted. The mop is great but I returned it. I'm not investing $20 for the handle and of course a bucket is a must. Personally I am not spending over $50 to mop floors. If money is no problem it's a good product but personally I thing all the items need should be sold as one package and it should be clear you are buying a replacement Misleading

you brought the wrong mop head for the mop I bought yesterday. the mop head does not fit.
