it works well. eat with it though, may upset stomach.so eat with it an it won't. but it does what it says. all of it! you need to fill up full glass of water. you gotta have this. it's my go to from now on for all. I used to take the pills just for the vaginal probiotic now this has all of it this is a game changer

Overall, it's a good product. I don't like the taste. It's really disgusting, but the benefits outweigh the taste. I can tell a difference in my body. Great value for money but powder created a glob as soon as it hit the water and would not break up. I like this brand for the capsules but not so Much for powders
