I like the convenience of having a way to cool off and being able to recharge quickly by just changing batteries. My advice is to use rechargeable batteries to save on expense.

I had purchased a few of these fans a few years ago and gave some of them to friends. I needed a few more and ordered them. They work great and keep you cool when you need something outside of air conditioning.

Bought for my son %26 nephews when they went to away camp. They loved it. It helped keep them cool during the day %26 they also use them when skateboarding.

Personal Fans Rock. These fans are very helpful if you are in a pinch and Need really from the heat. I like to keep batteries and extra fans for when I go places or for a gift to give to someone else.

I have purchased several to give as gifts because they are so wonderful and convenient to use for cooling down. I keep extra on hand in case I have guests that need to use them. Plus they are great at keeping gnats, flies, and mosquitos away from my face.

Nice fans for Panhandlers. I purchased these fans and passed them out to our city panhandlers, because they are generally alone or at least a considerable amount of distance from one another. I thought these would be great donation gifts for our homeless, as we all know, no business will allow them to come in and get air conditioning for long periods of time, unless they are making a purchase. Anywho, lol, that's what I purchased them for, and plan on purchasing more in the future. I think they are great if the person is not in crowded air to possibly blow and Dan germs, situs, etc.

I have a severe lung problem and chronic asthma, I am on oxygen full time, but I wear these around my neck to help me breathe better when I try to walk around…. (Or even if I'm in bed and have an attack). I keep around my neck.. never knowing when I will need it. I wear year round, even when the weather is in the low 20's I also bought some to give to grandchildren to wear outside in this 3 digit weather. They use while biking, mowing grass, watching baseball, hiking, and etc. I started with the rechargeable kind, but these are lighter and by using batteries… I am never without it.

I accidently got these battery fans rather than the USB I've had before. They're fine, but only one speed, not three as in the USB's.
