O2COOL 4 in Battery Powered Clip On Stroller Fan

This is a great little fan. I have it attached to my end table for those hot flash moments. It is wonderful. It attaches easily to a table or arm on a patio chair. It has an easy on/off switch that can be found in the dark. The blades will stop if you accidentally bump it - my cat found this out the hard way. It doesn't hurt; it just startles you. This is so great to have around because I am always hot and my husband is cold. I want to get one for my bedside table to switch in during the night. It is super quiet and doesn't make a noise when you turn it on or off, so as to not disturb my husband's sleep. I'm also going to get a few for our patio lawn chairs. It gives off a nice soft breeze. Since it's a clip on you can take it anywhere. It would be great for camping, too. I definitely recommend this little fan.

I was a little skeptical when I saw this fan, I mean, really how good could it be? Well, I was wrong. This little fan is really well made. You can stand it on your desk, or table, or clip it to your lounge chair, desk or stroller. The blades are made of a soft foam, so it won't hurt any little fingers. Puts out an impressive amount of air for such a small fan. You can also position the angle of the fan. I really like it, I bring it to the kitchen with me when I'm cooking too.

This is a 4 inch battery operated fan, requires 2 AA batteries. The blades are a soft foam which makes it perfect to use with small children keeps those little fingers from getting hurt with a blade. The clip is strong and sturdy, it is actually pretty hard to open the clip which makes you understand the perfect ability for it to hold in place. The tubing is very flexible and can be positioned to what suits you the most. I first tried it with my pets bed the clip held firmly and the fan did not cause my dog any irritation. (no noticeable noise, humming or squeaking), it did not tip over and it created enough of a breeze she was satisfied. I then applied it to my computer laptop. The clip was firm and held in place. The neck swiveled to where it suited me best. The blades provide enough air flowing to be comfortable in a small area. This would be perfect for on the go very easy to carry, lightweight and versatile. This fan is so amazing and definitely deserves 5 stars!!!! So worth the money and definitely super great quality for the price!! And it puts out a great amount of wind to keep your little one cool without it being too much wind to annoy them! Yes the blades are foam so if your kid tries to yank on them its gonna rip the blades... I don't know what people were expecting when they bought FOAM blades... Don't let your kid rip the blades off and this product will be so great for years of use!!!! Definitely recommend to a friend!!

This little fan is to cute! It blows a decent amount of air and definitely helps cool you off. The little clip makes it handy for hands free use. I like to clip mine on the refrigerator next to my stove so when I'm cooking (especially in this Texas heat) it helps keeps me cool. I love the fact that the fan blades are made of thick foam and don't hurt when it hits your skin making it safe for use around children and their tiny hands that are into everything. There is an on / off switch on the base, making it simple to use. Its a neat little gadget to have because you can clip it anywhere and its battery powered so no cords to get in the way.

Love the design of this stroller clip!! The fan blades are made of foam but really blows out a lot of cold air. The fan is attached to a plastic adjustable tube that can be moved and swiveled in any direction needed. It can be clipped on a stroller, set on a table, or as my son likes...clipped to a window sill. Easy to use and living in Florida we'll be taking this with us wherever we go!

The O2cool 4" Clip Fan provides a steady breeze on a warm day. The air flow is decent on a typical spring day. I haven't had the opportunity to use it on a hot, humid day in the middle of summer. I'm thinking it will provide some comfort. This fan is battery operated and portable. The clip is strong and sturdy; it grasps well to objects I clipped it to (an end table and the counter's edge). It's really light, so it's very portable. I can see taking it out on day trips and errands as needed. It is safe to use around children. I would trust my elementary age nephews and nieces to use it. The neck also bends so you can better direct the fan's head and its breeze. It's easily portable and I think will be great to have once the weather warms up. It can be taken out on trips and errands, but it also will be nice to have around the house once summer comes. I don't have central air in my home, so in the summer I set up fans around the house. It will be nice to have one that I can hold up to my face for instant relief. It will get much more use in the summer.

What a cute and functional fan. The blades are foam. At first I thought, why? How will it cool? I held it close to my face and hit myself with it at least three times within the first hour of using it. At that moment, I realized exactly why they were made of foam. Ha! The blades being foam also made it easy to just toss it in my bag and go. I used it with Duracell batteries. It kept my client cool during an hour long photo session. It kept me cool in my office later that evening for 4 hours straight. It's still cooling. If you use cheap batteries or a different brand, you may not have the same results. The clip is pretty strong. So strong that I had to use two hands to clip in on my water bottle and the edge of my desk, as pictured. I was also able to sit it on my desk because the bottom of the fan is a flat surface. The only negative about this fan is to change batteries you must unscrew the cover.

I like that it's portable and Safe for baby to grab and not get hurt. It is priced fairly cheap but that is also the quality you are going to get. It won't last long as the quality not made to last. It is battery operated and so if you plan to use it often plan to use a lot of batteries. I use mine in the car seat carrier because my baby gets sweaty. So if you plan to use it for long periods of time I would say you'd need to change the batteries every 3 weeks

This is a nice little fan. My daughter had one when we were at the Zoo attached to her son's stroller. When my other daughter saw it I knew she wanted one too. It's very handy and lightweight. It has a clip where you can clip it on something or a stand alone base. Throws off a gentle little breeze and is quiet.
