Best money spent
This is a statement piece. Holds and dries towels quickly It is pretty also and not a hard plastic. Love it.

Great Product
Perfect. Can fill with sand or water but I actually leave it empty so that I can easily move it to keep it in the sun. Will not topple when empty unless there is a strong breeze.

Exactly as pictured and described
Works great for my kids to hang their towels on outside each day after swimming. Top rack holds their goggles. No complaints from this user.

would have liked arms that foldable arms, Hardware good great for hanging wet outdoor towels

Not sturdy at all
I guess you get what you pay for. With that being said, I had to spend an additional $25.00 in wooden dowels to "beef" up the overall structure as I felt that if I used any thing with weight it would break. The hollow plastic tubes seemed very flimsy at best. We'll see if the extra support will help..

Overpriced
It work, but it is all plastic and must be assembled so the price is stupid. Not Walmarts fault- Amazon has same price so that means the manufacturer just over prices it. Should be about $25
