Easy to put together. Sturdy, good-looking, comfortable. They include extra set of hardware - I suppose because metal will give in at some point. Little bench is great for cutting nails. How did I not think of that earlier?! Can also be used as footrest if you spend a lot of time on laptop.

Safest way for me to shower. I love it.

Was easy to assemble. I treated it with teak oil before first use. Very helpful for post hip replacement to reach the feet! Looks great in my walk in shower. Looking forward to seeing how it ages.

Overall it's decent however a few pieces arrived splintered and that makes me nervous as I got one piece in my hand assembling it. One area had a good bit splintering off that I had to tear off and try to smooth out. Would also be nice if the feet had adjusters to change leg heights because there's a slight slop to our standing shower which doesn't allow us to place the bench along the back like I wanted. Has to be more in the middle close to the drain where it's flat otherwise it wobbles. See second photo for placement.

It looked great out of the box but after using it just 2 times it became very loose and not sturdy. We tightened the bolts up and even added wood glue. That helped and I thought I would be good to go after that. Now the item is peeling its top coating. I've only had it for 2 months but it looks like it's very old and worn. Save your $$.

I asked gor a refund and it was declined. They made excuses why I should not return it. They offered to give a percentage back of the purchase price if I would just keep it,vI accepted it, and never received the refund. Shocker.

unfortunately looks can be deceiving it did not hold up while . it fell apart after using for about a week.
