One of the shelves was damaged in shipping. I really liked the product and the price so rather then returning it to Walmart I reached out to the company that sold it and asked if they could ship the part out. They replied quickly. I somehow deleted that email. Since I didn't reply, they reached out again. They shipped it out quickly to me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My product arrived damaged. I contacted the seller by email to report my issue. They RESPONDED and quickly. I explained my issue, they asked me to send a picture of the damages and thoroughly check to see if that was the only problem. I did as asked and reported no more problems. Days later, my new part arrived. Thank you for being a company of integrity and taking pride in your products.

I love the bench very functional in large shower stalls but the exposed screws rust and cause stains

Do not use in shower. It started molding after only a couple weeks of use as a shower bench. Not what we expected and no matter what we do, we can't get the mold out of the holes in the wood, so it's obviously not sufficiently finished with protective coats on the stain. Would definitely not buy again. Unfortunately, it will probably be in the landfill soon due to poor quality.
