Used to keep my foot elevated for the first 3 months following surgery. It helped with pain and swelling.

Will help you heal!
I bought a smaller one a few months before and wish I had just started out with this one. It's larger, softer and like the fact that the leg is supported by raised sides. The other one I got wasn't.
