I ordered this shower stool in April, 2023. The stool allowed me to take showers with confidence that I wouldn't fall and hurt myself. However, the middle screw came loose in October. I couldn't use it. I contacted the seller and they (Ivy) responded right away. She apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a replacement stool. I received it Sept4, 2023. She followed up to make sure that I received it, and was I satisfied with it. I gave it 4 stars because it did break but customer service was excellent. I wish they had a rating for customer service, if so, she would get a 5 star. Thank you Ivy for all that you did. I hope all is well, if not, I'm sure she will help out, again.
