This has absolutely boosted my supply! before taking this i was obly avle to pump 4oz total per session. after about 3 days of taking this supplement im pumping between 7 and 8 oz per session! it also has not made my baby fussy so thats a plus!

I Love these soon as I started taking them I notice a increase in my milk supply I was only able to get 2-2.5 ozs per session I'm now pumping and feeding my daughter 4-5ozs per session now definitely gone stick to these

I was skeptical on whether or not a pill could actually work but figured it was worth a shot. On day 4 after my son's bedtime feeding I pumped 8oz-I usually get 4oz afterwards. I’m actually super impressed. I ordered this not sure if it was going to be worth it or not, I’ve been taking it consistently for 10 days now and I can notice a difference. Due to a bad latch, my son won’t breast feed directly. So I am exclusively pumping. I have watched my supply go from 20 ounces a day to 40 ounces a day in just 10 days. Thank you so much!

Seems like a great product, hoping it will work but I really wish there was a recommended dosing schedule for optimal results. Like should I be taking one pill a day or one pill twice a day, I'm just not sure and there are no directions on the bottle. I am exclusively pumping for my special needs child and my supply has started to drop and I want to be able to provide breastmilk for his feeds as long as I possibly can so I thought I would try this . No harsh aftertaste or flavor. It has been less than a week since I started them so we will see how it goes.

Because the pump doesn't get as much milk out as my traditional pump my breast got engorged and took multiple days to stop hurting so I have not seen an increase in milk production I've seen a decrease. So I'm not sure if the supplement has helped at all.
