My physician recommended this to me after a microneedling RF procedure. I have significant erythematotelangiectatic rosacea and most products irritate my skin and almost none actually calm my skin - this one does! I love how this makes my skin less red, hydrated, soft, and even feel slightly firmer. No burning sensation at all, which is rare and amazing. I have been looking for a moisturizing product for a while that is silicone free, retinol free, AHA/BHA free, fragrance free, etc. and have finally found it! Please keep this around and I will be purchasing for years to come.

I didn't have any expectations about the product as I had been suffering from acne for many years and I didn't believe that only one product would resolve it. But this one did a miracle, I am acne free after one month. More than that, it helps to heal the scars - some of mine disappeared. Please, do not change the formula 🤞🏻

He told me how it has helped his sensitive skin and reduced redness. This product did not disappoint! It is the best hydrating facial cream I have ever used! My skin has now been transformed! It is more supple, baby smooth, and it clears any breakout I have-it actually helps speed the healing! I just turned 43, and have more bounce in my skin-especially my cheeks and they are firm and defined now! Even my jaw line and neck have become smooth and toned. I have very sensitive, Rosacea skin. This has been a lifesaver! I came here to purchase more because my Esthetician can't keep it in stock now. It is THAT good! Please never stop making this, it is truly a winner!!!

Usually an acne safe cream feels like it is burning my skin when I first apply it, because I use a combination of everything in existence for my regimen for my super difficult oily acne prone skin, and I scrub my face with microdermabrasion crystals (I don't mess around). Usually after exfoliating I have to let it rest for a bit before applying anything or maybe even skip treatments. This cream I can apply right after with no burning- it is as gentle as pure squalane but even more soothing and much more beneficial. It helps my face to recover after exfoliating and return to normal so I can use my products on it again. I think I would not be able to keep treating my skin as aggressively as I do without this cream. It is what I needed to up my game and get 100% clear with zero clogged pores while not being red and irritated; all the other healing creams I tried broke me out so it was like one step forward and two steps back. I will never be without this. It also goes great under makeup. It neither slides around like a silicone cream nor cakes like a film forming cream. It absorbs, protects, and plays well with everything I use.

My skin has a little bit of rosacea and is acne-prone - this product is my holy grail moisturizer and truly calms it down. It keeps my skin healthy and moisturized especially after my retinoid or after beard burn. Only downside is the price so I don't use it every time I wash my face, but I'd recommend 10/10.

I've been using this daily for a month and this is the first month in many months/years even that I didn't get cystic acne on my chin! That plus my skin is looking so clear. Love this stuff.

I have very sensitive combination skin As soon as I put this on my red turn red as a tomato and got very hot! I immediately took it off but washing my face twice and had to put cortisone on my face! I'm not sure if I had an allergic reaction or what
