Very happy with this insulated
Very happy with this insulated mug. Keeps drinks nice and cold -- as advertised. Only issue : a tapered bottom would fit better in cup holders. In the future, will look for any of your insulated cups that are more tapered. I also purchased some of your gel ice packs. Very happy with those, as well. Received all items very quickly. They were packaged properly. Your company was great to deal with, and did a great job to fill my order. Will definitely buy your products again.

had to get new cup
had to get new cup as the lid on my old one had cracked and they did not offer replacement on site but am happy with this cup, now I have 1 lid and 2 cups!!

Poor design
top is poorly designed. Go to take a drink and the slider part hits you in the nose. No real way to clean the inside of the top either.
