This massager works really well. I use it on my neck arms and legs. It relaxes muscles really well and I like that it has a heat feature
Works well but is noisy. You can move it around to grab all parts of the neck and apply pressure by pulling on the loops. Has helped reduce my neck tightness.
I bought this as a gift for my mother who suffers from neck pain. She was thrilled at how well it worked and how it relieved the muscle pain. She usually used those cloth neck wraps that you heat up in the microwave but this works many times better by just plugging it in.
The massage and the heat feels SO good. I'd give it 5 stars but it's noisy.
I go for real massages every two weeks and this little thing works well between massages to help ease the tension. I wish it was a little bigger but it works well into the neck tissue.
It is good but the sound is very loud while using. besides, the heating does not work very well
This seemed to be a good product unfortunately I had to return it as the shiatsu function was too aggressive for my elderly mother.
Barely gets your neck. So stiff and rigid. Other neck massagers work so much better. This item is so disappointing. Save your money and buy a better one!
Its so bulky that it actually causes neck strain pain after only a couple minutes of use. Holding it in place with the straps causes arm fatigue. The rotating balls only target one spot of the neck and since its so bulky you can not move the unit around easily to hit any other spots of your neck or shoulders. Having to keep it in one spot feels like it will just cause bruising of that part of the muscle. Was really hoping for something with a kneading action that would travel up and down the neck but I guess that doesn't exist?
It no longer worked properly after only five months of use. I feel so disappointed with its quality and regretted having bought it.
